Can I change the Scoot flight date and time? Yes, you can, but it depends on your fare type and is usually subject to seat availability. It also depends on certain applicable conditions. For instance, if the new flight costs more than your original ticket, you need to pay the difference, but if the cost of the original fare is lower, it is non-refundable. 

Scoot Refund Eligibility

• All tickets are non-refundable unless the cancellation is caused by the airline itself.
• Consideration for refunds is subject to specific medical emergencies, or the death of the passenger/immediate family member.
